Mouza co-owner Avi is one of those characters you don’t forget in Bellingen. He and his wife, Hannah have lovingly restored the towns historic former Bank of NSW in the middle of Bellingen, and opened the Mouza Gallery and Restaurant. The pair and their four children made Bellingen home more than 10 years ago, with the Dervish Gallery their original business. Opening a restaurant has long been a dream of Avi’s whose career as a cook began on the kibbutz in Israel serving hundreds of people each day.
